1. Acceptance of Terms

Upon closure, any remaining real-money balance (excluding uncleared bonus funds that have not met applicable wagering requirements) will be returned to the player's verified payment method within 5 business days.

Suspension by sq777

sq777 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions;

• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other criminal conduct;

Where sq777 closes an account due to confirmed breach of these Terms, any balance held in the account may be forfeited in full. Where an account is closed pending investigation, the balance will be held in trust until the investigation is concluded.
